Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded Manager, Cross-Category Analytics to lead performance integration and insights across key enterprise growth initiatives, including MA OTC, GLP-1, Kids, and Women’s Health.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of Haleon’s cross-category growth agenda. You will shape how performance is measured, understood, and actioned across the organization while working closely with senior leaders to drive alignment and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration of cross-category performance across initiatives, ensuring consistency in KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting frameworks

  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that inform decision-making

  • Partner with category forecasting teams, cross-category finance, and demand planning to align on assumptions, forecasts, and performance expectations

  • Collaborate closely with US Strategy (Transformation Office / Project Forward) to embed cross-category insights into enterprise planning and transformation initiatives

  • Support development and consolidation of cross-category forecasts in partnership with Cross-Cat VP and Platform Leads

  • Ensure alignment between actual performance tracking and forward-looking forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities

  • Maintain best-in-class storytelling, reporting, and dashboarding for cross-category performance

  • Translate business questions into high-impact analyses across initiatives

  • Manage and develop associate manager providing coaching on analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, strategy, finance, or related fields

  • Experience working with forecasting, financial planning, or demand planning processes

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) and consumer panel data (e.g., Numerator)

  • Demonstrated success operating in cross-functional, matrixed environments

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA

  • CPG or consumer health experience

  • Proven record of commercial problem solving and change management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Management experience within a matrixed organization

The salary range for this role is $142,282 - 195,637 USD annually + bonus
