Full Job Description
The Role

As an HRIS Analyst at BeyondTrust, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR systems. This role requires a strong balance of system expertise, reporting and analytics capabilities, and project-based work. You will support and enhance our HRIS (UKG Pro), ensuring data integrity, efficient system processes, and reliable reporting across a global organization. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to support system functionality, drive process improvements, and deliver data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

HRIS Management & System Ownership
  • Administer and maintain UKG Pro (Core HR and Workforce Management)
  • Manage system transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, and compensation updates
  • Maintain system configuration elements such as security roles, business rules, and organizational structures
  • Partner with IT and system stakeholders to support integrations and ensure accurate data flow
  • Identify and support system improvements and enhancements

Reporting, Analytics & Data Integrity
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports(BI/People Analytics)
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting
  • Perform ongoing audits and data validation

Process Improvement & Project-Based Work
  • Support HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements and reporting improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes
  • Assist in implementing workflow improvements
  • Support multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Training & Support
  • Provide HRIS support and guidance to users
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly
  • Create documentation to support system adoption

What You'll Bring
  • 2 to 4 years of HRIS experience
  • UKG Pro experience REQUIRED
  • Workforce Management experience preferred
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills (BI/People Analytics)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of requests effectively
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work promptly
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting/analytics, workflows, or HR processes is a plus
