About the Role and Why It's Special ✨

We're looking for a Head of Sales to lead Innovamat's enterprise sales efforts across the US. This is a senior, highly strategic commercial role for someone who knows how to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and turn relationships with senior decision-makers into large, long-term partnerships. You'll report directly to our CRO and work closely with him to shape and execute our US enterprise sales strategy.

You'll be focused on identifying and winning high-value, strategic opportunities across all of the US - particularly large school districts, charter networks, and other institutional partners where a single partnership can create significant impact and accelerate Innovamat's growth.

You'll be a senior commercial force multiplier: personally opening doors, developing strategic relationships, leading complex enterprise deals, and partnering with our General Managers across regions to shape how we approach the market.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in building Innovamat's US enterprise business from the ground up - creating access to the right institutions, winning transformational deals, and helping define the playbook for how we sell into the largest education organizations in the country.
Key Responsibilities 🏁

1. Win Strategic Enterprise Deals
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for Innovamat's highest-value and most strategic opportunities across the US.
  • Identify and pursue large opportunities across school districts, charter networks, and other institutional organizations.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder purchasing processes and build consensus across organizations.
  • Develop compelling commercial and strategic cases for Innovamat that connect our offering to district priorities, student outcomes, and broader organizational goals.
  • Lead negotiations and drive opportunities from initial access through pilot, adoption, and long-term partnership.
  • Build and maintain a high-value enterprise pipeline with strong forecasting and disciplined execution.

2. Create Institutional Access
  • Build a strong network across the US education ecosystem, particularly among senior district and network leadership.
  • Identify the people, relationships, and organizations that can unlock high-potential enterprise opportunities.
  • Create access where Innovamat does not yet have an established relationship.
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers well before a formal purchasing process begins.
  • Use your understanding of the education landscape to identify where and how Innovamat can enter large organizations.
  • Represent Innovamat at major education conferences, events, and industry forums.

3. Shape the US Enterprise Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Partner with Innovamat's CRO and General Managers across regions to shape and refine the GTM approach for enterprise opportunities.
  • Identify the markets, districts, networks, and segments where large-scale opportunities are most compelling.
  • Develop account and territory strategies for priority enterprise targets.
  • Bring learnings from enterprise sales into our broader US GTM strategy, market intelligence, messaging, positioning, and commercial approach.

4. Act as a Strategic Commercial Partner to Regional GMs
  • Work closely with the CRO and GMs across the US to accelerate their most important commercial opportunities.
  • Step into critical opportunities when additional senior commercial leadership or institutional access is needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of what drives adoption, expansion, and long-term value within large education organizations.
What We're Looking For πŸ”Ž

Experience
  • Significant experience in enterprise sales, ideally selling complex products or services to large organizations.
  • Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, technology, startups, scale-ups or another entrepreneurial setting is a strong plus.
  • A track record of taking ownership, solving ambiguous problems, and turning strategic thinking into tangible commercial outcomes.
  • Experience selling into school districts, education networks, government, public sector, or another highly institutional environment is highly valuable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience owning a significant revenue target and building a predictable enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Experience scaling a sales organization or commercial function from an early stage is highly valued.

Skills
  • Highly analytical & structured: You love solving complex problems and turning data into clear strategies. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or another highly analytical field is a plus.
