As a GTM Enablement Consultant 4 on the Tech Adoption & Optimization team, you will be responsible for driving high-impact, scalable adoption and enablement strategies for priority GTM technologies across the Global Business Organization. This role will support adoption and optimization for priority GTM technologies, helping ensure strategic platform investments translate into sustained usage, measurable business value, and improved GTM workflows. The specific tool portfolio may evolve over time based on business priorities, pilot outcomes, and investment decisions.
This role will serve as a senior individual contributor and internal customer success partner, helping GTM teams activate technology effectively through strong adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, enablement design, change management, governance, and measurement. You will partner closely with teams across Global Enablement, Sales Operations, Productivity Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Operations, and vendor/customer success teams to ensure GTM technology investments translate into meaningful behavior change, field readiness, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead enablement and adoption expert for assigned GTM technologies, beginning with Gainsight and potentially expanding to other priority platforms as the portfolio evolves.
- Develop and execute scalable technology adoption strategies that are aligned to business priorities, GTM workflows, role expectations, field readiness needs, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally across Enablement, Sales Operations, Productivity Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Operations, Analytics, Legal, and vendor/customer success teams to align on adoption goals, launch plans, governance, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Translate complex technology rollouts into simple, role-relevant enablement experiences, including learning paths, launch resources, manager toolkits, FAQs, stakeholder communications, office hours, reinforcement plans, and adoption playbooks.
- Use adoption data, stakeholder feedback, and business context to identify risks, evaluate progress, optimize programs, and communicate impact, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continued maturity of the Tech Adoption & Optimization team's internal customer success model by building repeatable adoption frameworks, scalable operating mechanisms, governance practices, and measurement approaches.
- Shape and manage executive-facing engagement for assigned GTM technologies, including adoption reviews, product QBRs, steering committee discussions, leadership readouts, ROI storytelling, and decision-making forums that create visibility into adoption progress, business value, risks, and support needed.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, revenue enablement, sales enablement, customer success enablement, technology adoption, change management, sales operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups, business priorities, and operational dependencies.
- Experience developing and executing enablement, adoption, or change strategies for GTM teams, sales organizations, customer success teams, or other large-scale business audiences.
- Experience using data, stakeholder feedback, and business context to assess program performance, identify adoption barriers, and recommend improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting adoption, optimization, or governance of GTM technology platforms such as customer success platforms, sales coaching tools, content management platforms, conversation intelligence tools, CRM-adjacent platforms, AI-enabled productivity tools, or similar enterprise tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, customer success, and GTM workflows, with the ability to translate technology capabilities into practical field behaviors and business value.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in highly matrixed environments, influencing stakeholders across Enablement, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Operations, Analytics, Legal, vendor/customer success teams, and GTM leadership.
- Experience building scalable enablement and adoption assets, such as learning paths, launch plans, manager toolkits, FAQs, office hour content, stakeholder communications, reinforcement plans, and adoption playbooks.
- Experience defining success metrics, building reporting rhythms, and communicating adoption progress, risks, insights, and impact to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving work, including clarifying ownership, establishing governance, creating operating rhythms, and driving decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Experience preparing or supporting executive-facing business reviews, steering committees, QBRs, adoption readouts, or ROI narratives for technology, enablement, transformation, or GTM programs.
- Experience leading change for global or distributed audiences, including audience segmentation, stakeholder readiness, communications planning, manager reinforcement, and sustainment.
- Experience with tools such as Gainsight, Gong, Sales Navigator, Hyperbound, Seismic, Glean, Salesloft, Salesforce, or similar GTM or customer success platforms preferred.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $186,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
