The roleWe're searching for a Growth Manager to drive how Physical AI teams discover and engage with the Encord platform. You'll develop the end-to-end journey from awareness to conversion, building product messaging and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from our target accounts.
The ideal candidate holds the customer above everything else - understanding how ICP relevancy, value, and memorability can convert a series of touchpoints into real demand.
What you'll do- Engage and convert target accounts with multi-channel campaigns and activities
- Define and evolve Encord's positioning, messaging and campaigns for Physical AI
- Strategise, test and iterate on digital and out-of-home assets that win attention
- Implement learnings and insights from sales, demos, objections, and wins/losses
- Leverage field marketing and community events to engage accounts in-person
- Segment, target and refine technical audiences effectively
- Report on, analyze and distribute campaign performance in HubSpot
Who we're looking for- Hands-on and experimental. You're comfortable executing on projects end-to-end, running tests, and iterating on what the data tells you
- Analytical and results-driven. You think in terms of pipeline and deal progression, not just awareness or engagement metrics
- Technically curious. You're able to get up to speed fast on ML/AI concepts - enough to speak the language of the audience you're reaching
- Bonus: You've lived B2B SaaS. You've worked closely with sales on live deals, and know how to enable sales with the right narrative
Experience requirements- 2+ years of experience in product or growth marketing, with concrete examples of improvements you've driven in pipeline value
- Clear understanding of demand generation and high-intent inbound strategies
- Experience with automation and AI tools, with a solid grasp of how to use LLMs and agents for marketing workflows
- Bonus: experience with the AI/ML ecosystem
