- Lifecycle & automation - build the activation, nurture, and win-back motions that turn interest into committed members.
What We Offer- Founding equity and a front-row seat to building something that hasn't existed before
- Competitive base salary + meaningful equity
- Direct partnership with a healthtech founder with a track record of building life-changing technology at scale.
- Access to Forum Ventures' GTM team, network, and infrastructure
- Full ownership of the growth function from day one
About You- You're an experienced operator who has spent time building consumer brands or wellness products, ideally as a first or very early founding member of the team. We believe that this is likely someone that has 5+ years of relevant experience in growth, performance marketing, or early GTM, but please still apply if you're a builder with a track record in growing consumer brands and a deep passion for longevity and wellbeing.
- You've run creator or influencer programs before. Real relationships, tracked attribution, not just boosted posts.
- You live in this world. You track your own health data. You're genuinely interested in wearables, diagnostics, and what proactive medicine actually looks like.
- You run experiments before you write decks. Bias for action. Comfortable with ambiguity and a lean budget.
- You are a skilled storyteller and excellent communicator.
