Full Job Description
Were looking for a Developer Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale net-new pipeline channels for Aikido beyond our core paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit). This role is all about experimentation in the developer ecosystem: finding and proving out new ways to reach developers and security teams through the channels they actually trust, like creators, communities, and peer-driven programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify, test, and scale other new growth channels: hackathons, sponsorships, community events, pop-up activations, etc.
- Build and grow an affiliate program to drive referral-based pipeline.
- Build partnerships with developer influencers and creators to expand reach and trust.
- Build relationships with security communities and developer ecosystems.
- Design and launch experiments to validate new channels, with clear pipeline/awareness metrics.
- Support and help organize event-based activations (conferences, hackathons, sponsorships, pop-ups).
- Work with sales to ensure new-channel activity translates into qualified pipeline.
- Manage budgets and ROI tracking across experimental channels.
- Build repeatable playbooks for channels that prove successful.
- 4+ years in growth and developer marketing.
- Strong understanding of developer audiences and what makes them trust a brand.
- Existing network or experience working with developer influencers/creators and communities.
- Experience building and scaling net-new acquisition channels from scratch.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: testing, killing, and doubling down on channels based on data.
- Strong project management skills for running events/sponsorships/activations.
- Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or DevOps is a strong plus.
What you can expect:
- High-impact position in a fast-growing company.
- Fast growth of responsibility.
- Competitive salary package.
- A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details).
- Flexibility in working hours.
