Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a
General Manager / Chef Manager to lead our food program at the Fabletics campus in El Segundo. This is a unique hybrid leadership role for a
hands-on culinary professional who also excels in business operations and client engagement.
As the
site leader, you'll have full ownership of the operation-bringing together your passion for food, leadership, and service to create an outstanding guest experience.
About the Operation- Corporate café serving breakfast and lunch
- Catering program supporting meetings and events
- Small coffee bar connected to the café
- Peak business Tuesday-Thursday, with lighter volume Monday & Friday
IncentivesM-F 6am to 4pm. Rare evenings or weekends
What You'll DoIn this high-impact role, you will:
- Serve as the #1 leader on site, managing all aspects of the operation
- Build and maintain a strong client relationship with Fabletics stakeholders
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead, develop, and support a team of 4 hourly employees
- Drive the catering program, including production, logistics, and execution
- Create and execute innovative, fresh menus
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
- Balance priorities in a dynamic environment (70% management / 30% culinary)
