Full Job Description
When sales closes a platform / marketplace deal that needs payments infra moved to Whop, someone has to take it off the AE's plate and drive the technical integration to completion. That's you - embedded between customer and product, building custom vertical integrations that are not core eng's job.
This is not a President's Club AE bar. We hire cracked eng-operators who sit with customers:
• Founder / ex-founder who built and integrated payments or marketplace infra themselves (or made 7 figures shipping product), OR
• Customer-facing engineer (FDE, Solutions Eng, Founding Eng) with years shipping with customers - API/automation/integrations fluent, OR
• Technical operator who can write code, live in Cursor/Claude, and sit with platform eng teams without a translator
If you only want to write tickets for someone else to build, this isn't your role.
Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office.
