We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and adapt Hermes Agent Enterprise inside complex customer environments. You'll work directly with enterprise teams to integrate agent workflows, customize deployments, and solve high-impact operational problems.
Responsibilities:- Deploying Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
- Integrating internal APIs, data systems, and enterprise tooling into agent workflows
- Debugging production issues across infrastructure, orchestration, and model layers
- Working closely with customers to scope, implement, and iterate on solutions
- Improving deployment reliability, observability, and operational tooling
Qualifications:- Strong software engineering experience in production environments
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal stakeholders
- Comfort debugging distributed systems and infrastructure issues
- Ability to move quickly across backend, infra, and AI application layers
Preferred:- Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with LLM systems, agents, and retrieval pipelines
- History of shipping customer-facing technical solutions
