Field Electrical Construction Engineer - Semiconductor Facilities

๐Ÿ“ Phoenix, AZ | ๐Ÿ’ฐ $110,000 Annually

Join a growing team supporting the construction of advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities. We are seeking a Field Electrical Construction Engineer to oversee electrical construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, support instrumentation and controls installation, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee field electrical construction activities.
  • Review electrical drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
  • Support installation of power distribution, controls, and instrumentation systems.
  • Conduct field inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Track project progress, materials, and equipment deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NEC standards, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve field issues.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of electrical construction, field engineering, or industrial construction experience.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, construction drawings, and P&IDs.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.


Preferred

  • Semiconductor, cleanroom, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or chemical plant experience.
  • Experience with instrumentation & controls, PLCs, SCADA, or automation systems.
  • Knowledge of UPW/HPW systems is a plus.
  • Mandarin language skills are welcomed but not required.
