Electrical QA/QC to lead field operations on a major
semiconductor construction project in Arizona. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, the ability to manage large crews, and a commitment to safety and quality on a fast-paced industrial site.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all electrical field operations, crews, and subcontractors
- Ensure work meets project specifications, NEC standards, and semiconductor facility requirements
- Coordinate daily with project managers, GCs, and other trades
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical scopes
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
- Review drawings, identify conflicts, and support field engineering
- Track progress, manpower, materials, and provide daily reporting
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and on-time milestone completion
Qualifications- 5+ years as an Electrical QA/QC leading large crews
- Industrial or semiconductor construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC, industrial electrical systems, and cleanroom-related work
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 preferred
Compensation & Benefits- $50.00/hr depending on experience
