NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED EHS MANAGER - PHOENIX, AZ!We are hiring an
Experienced EHS Manager to support a
large-scale, long-term high-tech industrial construction project in Phoenix, AZ.
This is a
senior-level position for an EHS professional with strong experience managing safety in
industrial construction, semiconductor facilities, UPW systems, hazardous chemicals, and high-risk environments.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead EHS programs across construction, operations, and warehouse teams
- Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
- Evaluate and audit subcontractor and vendor safety programs
- Oversee LOTO, confined space, line breaking, chemical, and emergency response programs
- Manage safety around Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems and high-pressure piping
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
- Conduct employee safety training and promote a proactive safety culture
- Work closely with clients, project management, and field teams
- Track safety KPIs and environmental compliance
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of EHS experience
- 5+ years of field safety management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- CSP REQUIRED
- Current OSHA 500 & OSHA 501 REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and industrial safety
- Semiconductor, UPW, or industrial construction experience preferred
- CIH is a plus
- Mandarin or Spanish communication skills are a plus
Schedule- Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
- Some Saturdays required based on project needs
