Enterprise Architect Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Enterprise Architects are responsible for the technical solution vision supporting our largest U.S. Federal program opportunity pursuits, they work closely with the business development and proposal teams to ensure Dell provides a complete compliant technical response for U.S. Federal proposals. They undertake thorough analysis of the requirements to ensure all areas of the solution are accounted for and work to identify appropriate Dell and Dell partner technical team resource needs to answer complex solution goals. The role also involves collaborating with customers to help understand their mission and business goals to ensure that Dell can provide the best technical solution to meet their needs. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings. What youll achieve As an Enterprise Architect you will guide the technical vision and response for complex solutions to help drive program business attainment. These solutions often leverage industry leading technology verticals like 5G, AI/ML, Zero Trust, HPC, Cloud to Edge solutions. The Enterprise Architect is responsible for assessing and crafting a singular technical voice for responses that leverage Dell internal capabilities and those of its industry leading partners. You will drive:  Solution Development Lifecycle Management  Opportunity Shaping and Customer Engagement  SME Proposal Technical Leadership  OEM Solution Assessment and Integration Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Heres what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements  10+ Years working with DoD tactical edge requirements  Ability to design and do abstract thinking to gain an exceptional understanding of government proposal technical requirements and the capability to leverage Dell products and solutions as well as partner solutions to meet the requirements.  7+ years related experience as a Technology Architect, Solution Architect or Solution Strategist within a large enterprise organization.  An understanding and experience of working with the U.S. Federal Government or Department of Defense IT organizations and command structures.  Experience leading or working with teams and with cross-functionals groups i.e. sales, engineering, operations and R&D  Innovative and have a passion for the technology and a drive to create strategies to delight our customers and win in the market Desirable Requirements  Engineering or Computer Science degree & an MBA is a nice to have  Project or Program Management experience is a plus as an Enterprise Architect must work within a matrixed organization and must accomplish tasks often without direct ownership of teams and assets. You will:  Own the technical voice for Dell proposals in pursuit of program business.  Work to understand what the customer does and what our solution to be built will be supporting or delivering and ensure our proposal meets the goals. In our solutions, there might be a mix of engineering, UX design, product development, and professional services involved to deliver the solution. There may be servers, switches, operating systems involved and then also add in private wireless to the mix and see what is possible to automate for faster and simpler deployment and operations of the solution.  Lead/interact with cross functional teams to develop solution area responses, business cases, and steer product/solution roadmaps as well as engage with customers in sales support and other collaborative development projects.
