What You Can ExpectYou will manage executive calendars, communications, and strategic priorities for Zoom's senior executives, including the CEO as needed. As a trusted partner and operational hub, you will protect executive time and coordinate high-level cross-functional initiatives, enabling executives to focus on critical decisions that drive organizational success. Accuracy, confidentiality and effective executive interactions will be critical.
Responsibilities- Managing complex executive calendars, correspondence, and meeting coordination to optimize time allocation and strategic focus
- Preparing executive reports, presentations, and strategic materials for leadership meetings and board interactions
- Coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking initiatives to ensure timely execution and stakeholder alignment
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Serving as the primary communication hub between executives, board members, senior leaders, and key external partners
- Filtering incoming requests and protecting executive time to enable focus on strategic priorities
What We're Looking For- Demonstrate 8+ years of experience supporting executive leadership at the C-suite level
- Manage complex schedules and prioritize competing demands in fast-paced environments
- Coordinate and facilitate executive-level interactions with the Board of Directors, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and follow-up communications
- Communicate exceptionally well in written and verbal formats with diverse stakeholders
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools at an expert level
- Navigate interpersonal dynamics with emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Bring experience from tech or SaaS environments
- Work from our San Jose, CA headquarters 4 days per week (hybrid schedule)
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:
$46.92
Maximum:
$108.50
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
