About the RoleWe're hiring an Executive Assistant who brings exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset to support up to four Partners at Norm Law. This is a high-impact role - you'll be the operational backbone that allows our Partners to work at their highest level, and your contributions will be felt across the team every day.
Responsibilities- Calendar Management:
- Manage and optimize complex calendars for one or more busy executives
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively prioritize commitments
- Communication Support:
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up on requests
- Manage, prioritize, and triage incoming messages and correspondence
- Draft and edit communications on behalf of executives as needed
- Develop a strong understanding of Norm Ai's business priorities and how they relate to day-to-day decisions
- Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, and capturing and distributing meeting minutes as needed
- Support planning and execution of events such as conferences and team offsites
- Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange travel for executives, including flights, accommodations, dining, and transportation
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries and any related documentation
- Administrative Support:
- Support office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and keeping common areas well-stocked and organized
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support executive effectiveness
Skills & Experience - Core- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as an EA or similar role supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a resourceful mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive in identifying and improving inefficient processes
- Comfortable navigating changing priorities and ambiguity
Skills & Experience - Pluses- Experience in high growth start-ups

Comp and Benefits $110,000 - $145,000 per year
The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary along with equity compensation.
