We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing team, supporting a portfolio of SaaS solutions for home service and remodeling professionals.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and operate scalable lifecycle journeys that drive pipeline efficiency and long-term customer value. You’ll directly influence revenue outcomes by improving conversion, velocity, retention, expansion, and cross-sell performance through a data-driven lifecycle strategy and marketing automation.
You will support the execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs, from acquisition through advocacy, with a focus on building and optimizing campaigns within our marketing automation platform (primarily Marketo). This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, contributing to prioritization and continuous performance improvement aligned with business goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Digital, Customer Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time, while continuously optimizing for performance and ROI.
Campaign Execution & Delivery
• Manage day-to-day lifecycle and marketing automation activities, including campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, QA testing, tagging, and deployment across one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail across campaign execution, including audience segmentation, messaging accuracy, personalization, and CTA alignment to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• QA campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
• Support more complex or personalized campaign builds as needed
Journey Architecture & Automation
• Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing programs across acquisition, nurture, conversion, onboarding, retention, and expansion
• Translate business and campaign requirements into scalable lifecycle programs that improve funnel performance and customer engagement
• Ensure accurate lifecycle and campaign tracking across connected Salesforce instances, maintaining clean data, proper attribution, and alignment between marketing and sales systems
• Build and maintain journeys that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform and data constraints
Quality, Risk & Reliability
• Maintain high standards for execution quality and campaign delivery across lifecycle programs
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, journey performance, and delivery failures
• Proactively identify execution risks that could impact customer experience or performance, and escalate with recommended solutions
Collaboration
• Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers, copywriters, designers, and analysts to execute campaigns effectively
• Provide input on feasibility, timelines, and execution approach during campaign planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance speed, quality, and scalability in campaign delivery
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles
• Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Marketo & HubSpot (or similar platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot, or Customer.io)
• Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, personalization, and automated journeys
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM–MAP integrations supporting personalization and closed-loop reporting.
• High attention to detail with a strong QA mindset
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
