- Security Optimization: Mitigate security risks through enhanced compliance with NIST standards.
- Enhanced User Experience: Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for all stakeholders, including bureaus, offices, and taxpayers.
- Standardization: Align processes with ITIL and Agile frameworks to streamline workflows and ensure continuous service improvement.
