Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals and contract expansions, maximizing client value from Clozd's offerings.
  • Identify and pursue expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within current accounts.
  • Become a domain expert in win-loss analysis and Clozd's complete suite of solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for client needs.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to suggest new ways to align solutions with their goals.
  • Track and report on account performance metrics and sales targets.
  • Contribute to the scaling and refinement of account management processes by identifying areas for improvement.

Full Job Description
Our Account Managers focus on growing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You'll be responsible for renewing and expanding current accounts by identifying new opportunities, driving upsell initiatives, and ensuring our customers continue to receive world-class value from Clozd's solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Driving renewals and contract expansions, ensuring clients maximize the value of their programs with Clozd.
