Full Job Description
You'll be a founding Enterprise Account Executive at Luma, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal and helping define how a category-defining AI platform sells.

There's no mature pipeline or existing playbook to inherit - you'll help build the foundation of the GTM motion while you sell, working with large enterprises exploring how AI changes how they create and build. It fits an entrepreneurial closer who builds pipeline independently. If you rely on a mature process and heavy SDR support, this isn't set up for that.

What You'll Own
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building Luma's early revenue engine.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, creative outreach, and relationship building.
  • Lead high-quality discovery that uncovers meaningful customer problems and opportunities.
  • Position Luma through clear storytelling and strong product understanding.
  • Guide customers through evaluation, internal alignment, procurement, and signature on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Identify patterns from early deals to shape the repeatable sales playbook, and feed customer insight to Product and Engineering.

First 90 Days

One way the first 90 could unfold.
  • Days 1-30 - Immerse & Diagnose: Learn the product, the buyers, and the early messaging, and start building pipeline.
  • Days 30-60 - Ship & Validate: Run full-cycle deals and close early accounts.
  • Days 60-90 - Scale & Systemize: Turn what's working into repeatable playbook patterns.

What You Bring
  • 8+ years in a closing sales role with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience owning the full cycle, including generating pipeline independently without heavy SDR/BDR support.
  • Selling sponsorship media, advertising technology, or creative technology strongly preferred, with genuine expertise in media, marketing, and advertising.
  • A start-up mindset and comfort building from first principles.
  • Strong discovery and storytelling that resonates with technical and executive audiences.

Nice to Have
  • Experience as an early or founding AE at a startup.
  • Success selling innovative or category-defining products.
  • A track record building pipeline and closing in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it transforms creative and technical workflows.
