Full Job Description
You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent programs and projects focused on delivering the best in-building wireless solutions for our customers in Upstate New York. In this role, you will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams like Transport, Network Assurance, and RF. Your scope encompasses project governance, financial tracking and analysis, deployment orchestration, implementation, and continuous process/methodology improvement.
• End-to-End Program Oversight: Managing the overall installation lifecycle of inbuilding wireless solutions (ie, DAS and DRAN) programs, including equipment ordering, RF engineering alignment, Real Estate requirements, infrastructure readiness, construction, installation, activation, and transition to ongoing support.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Managing third-party contractors and vendors, ensuring strict compliance with company guidelines, industry regulations, and equipment/service invoicing workflows.
• Project Delivery & Governance: Planning and executing program deliverables within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Tracking high-visibility project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Technical & Field Quality Assurance: Reviewing and approving engineering designs to ensure they meet technical and performance specifications. Conducting site inspections and audits to verify adherence to construction standards.
• Reporting & Communication: Providing regular updates to stakeholders, documenting project progress, issues, and resolutions clearly.

You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Proven program management experience in a complex, multi-project environment.
• Strong experience in budget management and financial tracking.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• A Master’s degree.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) paired with Fuze programming or tracking system experience.
• Direct experience in the Wireless industry.
• Experience translating functional specifications into test cases and test scripts.
• Extensive experience working directly with 3rd party vendors.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable while handling multiple projects and strict deadlines in a rapidly paced environment.
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $75,500.00 - $123,000.00.
