Titre du poste: Gestionnaire principal, Programmes clients - Nouveaux programmes moteurs

Le ou la Gestionnaire principal(e), Programmes clients - Nouveaux programmes moteurs joue un rôle stratégique dans la préparation et le soutien de la mise en service (Entry Into Service - EIS) des nouvelles générations de moteurs de Pratt & Whitney Canada.

Au sein de l'équipe des Programmes clients EIS, le titulaire du poste assure la préparation opérationnelle, technique et organisationnelle nécessaire afin de garantir une transition réussie du développement produit vers le soutien en service. En collaboration avec plusieurs unités d'affaires, il ou elle veille à ce que les attentes des clients soient dépassées lors de l'entrée en service des nouveaux produits.

Le poste consiste à diriger une équipe d'ingénierie client, à identifier les enjeux techniques, à piloter les plans d'atténuation et à contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de soutien afin d'assurer la réussite des futurs programmes moteurs.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Diriger et développer une équipe de professionnels en ingénierie client grâce à une gestion directe des employés.
  • Participer aux équipes de gestion de programme (Program Management Team - PMT) en tant que représentant du marché secondaire (aftermarket).
  • Représenter l'organisation du service après-vente lors des réunions de coordination avec les équipes OEM.
  • Préparer des rapports, présentations et communications destinés aux membres de la haute direction.


Activités spécifiques avant l'entrée en service (Pre-Entry Into Service)
  • Soutenir les activités de préparation à l'entrée en service pour l'ensemble des modules du marché secondaire.
  • Soutenir la planification et l'exécution des campagnes produits.
  • Améliorer le programme Fleet Leader en intégrant les apprentissages provenant de l'ingénierie et des évaluations indépendantes.
  • Assurer la préparation technique et opérationnelle nécessaire afin de soutenir les moteurs entrant en service.


Activités spécifiques après l'entrée en service (Post-Entry Into Service)
  • Diriger l'équipe d'ingénierie client responsable du soutien aux programmes Elevate.
  • Animer les réunions Escape, les revues du système de gestion de la sécurité (SMS) et les revues des difficultés en service (SDR) liées aux programmes Elevate.
  • Participer activement aux réunions des équipes de gestion de programme (PMT) et identifier les occasions d'amélioration des produits et des processus de soutien.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente OU maîtrise avec plus de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Formation universitaire en aéronautique, génie aérospatial, génie mécanique ou génie électrique.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets.
  • Expérience dans les relations avec des clients (OEM et opérateurs) avec un haut niveau de tact et de professionnalisme.
  • Expérience en soutien client, intégration OEM, réparation et révision de moteurs (MRO).
  • Excellentes habiletés en leadership, communication et gestion d'équipes.
  • Solides compétences informatiques, notamment avec PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Enovia ou autres outils similaires.
  • Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements occasionnels, au niveau international et domestique.

Job Title: Senior Manager, Customer Programs - New Engine Programs

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Engineering professionals through direct people management.
  • Participate in Program Management Teams (PMT) as the aftermarket representative.
  • Represent the aftermarket organization during coordination meetings with OEM teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.


Pre Entry Into Service specific tasks
  • Support EIS readiness activities across all aftermarket modules.
  • Support the planning and execution of product campaigns.
  • Enhance the Fleet Leader Program by incorporating Engineering learnings and independent assessments.
  • Ensure technical and operational readiness to support engines entering service.


Post Entry Into Service specific tasks
  • Lead the Customer Engineering team responsible for supporting Elevate programs.
  • Facilitate Escape Meetings, Safety Management System (SMS) reviews, and Service Difficulty Reviews (SDRs) related to Elevate programs.
  • Actively participate in Program Management Team (PMT) meetings and identify opportunities for product and support process improvements.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with more than 7 years of relevant experience.
  • University degree in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience managing customer relationships (OEMs and operators) with a high level of tact and professionalism.
  • Experience in Customer Support, OEM integration, Engine Repair and Overhaul (MRO).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, Enovia, or similar tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, both internationally and domestically.


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
