We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Support Engineer to strengthen our team within Rapid Response Technical Support. This is a key role for ensuring high‑quality, customer‑focused support to our global operations. Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to HSSE emergency calls in line with established procedures
  • Provide first-line technical and operational support for HMH equipment globally
  • Use remote diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot equipment on rigs, both onshore and offshore
  • Communicate professionally with customers in high-pressure situations
  • Document support cases and report incidents and non-conformities
  • Contribute to improving our Rapid Response support capabilities
  • Identify and report upselling opportunities where relevant
