Job Description: Our client is seeking a Director, Strategic Industry Programs to guide industry initiatives from initial concept through full execution. This role centers on driving revenue growth, strengthening member relationships, and ensuring smooth operational delivery of programs. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to advance organizational priorities, build strong stakeholder partnerships, and lead high-impact industry initiatives from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities: - Guide the rollout of revenue-focused roadmaps that support and expand the organization's flagship industry programs
- Utilize existing program tools, systems, and infrastructure to streamline and scale the onboarding process for new initiatives
- Oversee project timelines, business tracking, and reporting for both current and newly launched programs
- Develop and maintain documentation and workflows needed to sustain and roll out industry programs
- Track and communicate pipeline progress and outreach efforts aimed at expanding program participation
- Set and monitor weekly priorities that support both immediate goals and long-range program strategy
- Spot opportunities across departments to connect program initiatives with broader organizational objectives
- Direct working group efforts, build relationships with prospective members, and drive engagement across multiple industry groups
- Serve as a connector between internal teams (policy, communications, membership) to secure necessary content approvals
- Coordinate agendas, recap notes, and deliverables for working group meetings and projects
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in business development and project management, with a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and move strategic initiatives forward
- Strong background in relationship management, cross-functional teamwork, and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; prior experience with databases strongly preferred
- Familiarity with product marketing, project planning, and collaborating with technical subject matter experts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail, with strong grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
