Role Scope- Build and lead the people function through 10x headcount growth: the systems, the programs, and the team.
- Own the employee lifecycle end to end, onboarding, comp cycles, performance, offboarding, built to scale before they break.
- Put AI at the core of people operations so a lean team supports a multiple of its size.
- Partner with leadership on org design, leveling, and the calls that shape culture.
- Own employment compliance across states and countries as sites multiply.
