Full Job Description
Job Summary

Cloud infrastructure is entering a new era as AI reshapes how compute is architected, deployed, and consumed. From cloud-native workloads to increasingly complex autonomous AI systems, customers need greater performance, efficiency, and compute density at an outstanding scale.

Arm is at the center of this transformation. With the Arm Neoverse compute platform spanning CPU IP, Compute Subsystems (CSS), and the Arm AGI CPU, Arm is enabling a new wave of cloud and AI infrastructure. This infrastructure spans the world's leading technology ecosystems.

We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing - Cloud AI to define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Arm's Cloud AI products and solutions. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of product strategy, technology, ecosystem, and market execution.

You will shape how Arm brings its Cloud AI portfolio to market, including the Arm AGI CPU, Neoverse CSS, CPU IP, and associated platform and ecosystem solutions. You will translate complex technology and rapidly evolving AI infrastructure requirements into differentiated market narratives, compelling customer value propositions, and GTM programs that accelerate adoption and create market pull.

Working closely with product management, engineering, segment marketing, sales, corporate marketing, and Arm's extensive ecosystem of cloud providers, OEMs/ODMs, silicon partners, ISVs, and AI infrastructure companies, you will help establish Arm as the compute platform for the next generation of cloud and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compelling, strategic messaging and positioning for Arm's Cloud AI portfolio, spanning Arm AGI CPUs, Neoverse CSS and CPU IP, platforms, and solutions.
  • Drive execution of marketing plans, product launches, and partner campaigns with speed, precision, and clarity.
  • Translate complex technology into differentiated customer value, connecting performance, power efficiency, software, system architecture, and TCO to the needs of cloud and AI infrastructure customers.
  • Shape Arm's product narrative for AI infrastructure, including the evolving role of the CPU in heterogeneous and agentic AI systems.
  • Build trusted relationships with ecosystem partners (cloud providers, silicon vendors, OEMs, ISVs), turning complexity into co-marketing momentum.
  • Create high-impact content across channels, including blogs, events, presentations, web copy, solution briefs, sales enablement, and executive communications, while supporting PR and AR activities.
  • Provide product marketing leadership across the organization, raising the bar for positioning, storytelling, launch excellence, and cross-functional execution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in technology product marketing, ideally within cloud, AI, data center or enterprise compute segments.
  • Deep understanding of AI, cloud, data center, networking, or HPC infrastructure markets, including ecosystem dynamics and business models.
  • Technical fluency in computing platforms, including CPUs and preferably accelerators (e.g., GPUs, NPUs, DPUs).
  • Proven ability to develop differentiated positioning and messaging that translates complex technical capabilities into compelling customer and business value.
  • Demonstrated success leading major technology product launches and developing product marketing programs across the product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage audiences ranging from deeply technical teams to executives.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Arm technologies (e.g., Neoverse CSS or CPU IP) or competitor data center, cloud platforms.
  • Established relationships across the Arm infrastructure ecosystem (e.g., hyperscalers, silicon partners, ISVs, OEMs).
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge skillfully, navigate ambiguity, and translate strategy into focused execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape product narratives in highly competitive and rapidly evolving technology markets.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving AI workload landscape and the roles of CPUs, GPUs, memory, interconnects and other accelerators in cloud and AI infrastructure.
  • Passion for building diverse, supportive teams and contributing to a culture of candid feedback and high standards.
