Job Overview

Arm is seeking a Partner Manager - AI Silicon Solutionsto drive customer engagement, demand creation, and commercial growth for Arm silicon across the rapidly evolving Physical AI and Edge AI markets.

This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships and new silicon opportunities across areas such as automotive and intelligent mobility, robotics, industrial automation, autonomous systems, intelligent vision, medical and advanced systems, and other AI-enabled edge applications.

As a senior individual contributor in the North America Silicon Sales organization, you will own assigned customer relationships and commercial opportunities while working closely with Arm's Physical AI and Edge AI Business Units, technical teams, Product Management, Marketing, and Ecosystem organizations.

These markets are at different stages of maturity. Some opportunities will focus on driving evaluation, design-in, deployment, and revenue, while others will require earlier customer development, understanding emerging requirements, identifying lighthouse customers, and helping Arm shape future silicon products and go-to-market priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales & Account Development: Own relationships with assigned Physical AI and Edge AI customers, developing account strategies and opportunities that drive adoption of Arm silicon and long-term business growth.
  • Demand Creation & Market Development: Identify new applications, customers, and lighthouse opportunities across automotive, robotics, industrial, autonomy, vision, and other Edge AI markets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build relationships with senior business, product, architecture, and engineering leaders, understanding their roadmaps, workloads, requirements, buying criteria, and expected deployment volumes.
  • Opportunity Execution: Create and progress opportunities from early engagement through evaluation, commercial commitment, design win, deployment, and expansion, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast visibility, while documenting strategy and interactions.
  • Market & Product Insight: Capture customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and emerging technology trends and translate them into actionable feedback for Arm's Business Units, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate Arm resources across Business Units, Solutions Architecture, Silicon FAEs, Engineering, Marketing, Ecosystem, and other teams to advance customer opportunities and present a coordinated Arm position.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate Arm's differentiated value across performance, power efficiency, AI capability, scalability, security, software ecosystem, and total system economics.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven success in sales, strategic account management, business development, or technical sales within semiconductors, AI, vehicle systems, automation, manufacturing, embedded, Edge AI, or adjacent technology markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful customer connections and compose complex technology opportunities.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to engage credibly with both engineering teams and business leaders.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics in one or more Physical AI or Edge AI segments.
  • Strong strategic selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in developing markets and influence outcomes across a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


Nice to Have Skills and Experience

  • Experience selling CPUs, SoCs, accelerators, compute platforms, or related semiconductor technologies.
  • Experience in robotics, automotive, factory automation, self-driving technologies, machine vision, or Edge AI.
  • Existing relationships within relevant OEMs, startups, Tier-1 suppliers, robotics companies, industrial companies, or technology partners.
  • Understanding of AI inference, heterogeneous compute, real-time processing, functional safety, security, and embedded/edge software ecosystems.
  • Experience working across global or multi-regional organizations.
  • MBA, MS, or other advanced degree.

Salary Range:

$184,500-$249,600 per year
