  • Own business operations and operating rhythms: Lead planning cycles, portfolio reviews, executive business reviews, scorecards, risk and dependency management, decision tracking, and follow-through across partner teams.
  • Develop strategic business cases and recommendations: Integrate customer, behavioral, financial, operational, and market signals to assess opportunity size, expected impact, feasibility, dependencies, and investment requirements.
  • Oversee experimentation and evidence-based validation: Establish a disciplined program for hypothesis development, intake, prioritization, test design, measurement, readouts, and responsible scaling, using experimentation as one tool to validate strategic portfolio choices.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team: Set clear goals, coach team members, build capabilities across strategy, operations, analytics, and experimentation, and foster strategic thinking, customer focus, collaboration, and accountability for outcomes.
  • Embody our Culture and Values
