How you'll make an impact in this role- Develop, implement, and maintain systems related to the calculation of third party reimbursement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and ministries within their Region related to net revenue management activities.
- Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and provide support upon audit.
- Evaluate monthly settlements of third-party reimbursement in addition to filing annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 7 years of Medicare cost reporting experience in a hospital setting
