Full Job Description
The Director, Network Products serves as the voice of Virtuoso's supplier Partners within the product organization and across the company. This role is responsible for ensuring Partner needs, perspectives, and commercial realities are deeply understood, clearly represented, and translated into product strategy, AI capabilities, and sales enablement outcomes that drive measurable value.

This leader owns the Partner Product portfolio across all verticals-Hotels & Alliances, Cruise & Destinations, UHNW & Air, and Technology Products-and is accountable for how Partners show up, are represented, and create value within Virtuoso's platforms, tools, and emerging agentic capabilities.

The Director partners closely with Global Partner Relations (GPR) and Regional General Managers to ensure Partner-facing products, analytics, and AI insights enable GPR teams to clearly demonstrate ROI, performance, and the value of Virtuoso membership in every Partner conversation.

The role leads a team of Product Managers aligned by Partner vertical, providing strategic direction, prioritization, and coaching while ensuring consistent product standards and a cohesive Partner narrative across the network.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Voice of Partners & Commercial Advocacy

    1. Act as the primary advocate and representative of Partner needs within Product, Technology, and cross-functional leadership forums.
    2. Develop a deep understanding of Partner business models, success metrics, and growth priorities across verticals and regions.
    3. Translate Partner insights into clear product strategies, AI use cases, and enablement narratives that resonate commercially.
    4. Ensure Partner feedback informs not only feature decisions, but how Virtuoso innovates to optimize a high value sales channel.

  1. Sales Enablement & ROI Storytelling

    1. Partner closely with Global Partner Relations (GPR) to enable sales and account teams with:

  1. Clear Partner value propositions
  2. Data-backed ROI narratives
  3. AI-driven insights that support growth conversations

    1. Ensure Partner products and AI outputs support credible, explainable, and repeatable sales enablement use cases.
    2. Define and evolve Partner-facing metrics, insights, and artifacts that help GPR teams demonstrate:

  1. Network reach and relevance
  2. Engagement quality
  3. Commercial impact

    1. Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Commercial teams to align messaging and enablement around Partner value.

  1. AI Capabilities & Agentic Use Cases

    1. Own how Partners are represented, surfaced, and activated in a digital and agentic experience.
    2. Define the AI prompts, workflows, and intelligence surfaces available to Partners to help them:

  1. Identify growth opportunities
  2. Understand network dynamics
  3. Engage the right advisors, programs, or moments

    1. Ensure AI-driven Partner insights are:

  1. Grounded in real Partner needs
  2. Explainable and trusted
  3. Designed to support decision-making, not black-box outputs

    1. Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure AI capabilities are practical, scalable, secure, and commercially meaningful.

  1. Partner Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

    1. Own the global strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for all Partner products across verticals.
    2. Balance global consistency with regional nuance by working closely with Regional GMs and Partner leaders.
    3. Make clear tradeoffs across Partner verticals, ensuring investment aligns with network strategy and commercial impact.

  1. People Leadership & Product Excellence

    1. Lead and develop a team of Product Managers aligned by Partner vertical:

    1. Set clear expectations around:

  1. Partner understanding
  2. Outcome-based product thinking
  3. Cross-functional collaboration

    1. Coach PMs to operate as business and sales-aware product leaders, not just feature owners.
    2. Champion strong product practices while maintaining a sharp focus on Partner value and impact.

  1. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

    1. Serve as the primary Product partner to GPR, Regional GMs, Engineering, Marketing, Events, and Data teams.
