Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 20 years of experience in a customer-facing role within management consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services (including 10 years in program management).
- Experience leading enterprise cloud/digital transformation programs and building relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites as required.
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
- Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or equivalent enterprise technology experience.
- Experience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams within a matrixed, global organization.
- Experience building business transformation journeys, performing outcome-based data analysis, and articulating explicit technology ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem, enterprise AI/ML landscape, and experience driving enterprise agentic transformation.

Responsibilities - Advise C-suite and VP stakeholders on AI transformation, building and operationalizing the customer's end-to-end AI and services strategy.
- Establish and lead the program operating model and governance structure, driving change management and platform adoption to ensure realized value.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning global offices, coordinating cross-functional resources across Google Cloud and partner teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and roadmaps to align stakeholder expectations, coordinate resources, and track progress toward business outcomes.
- Execute comprehensive risk management, assess mitigation activities, and enforce process compliance to optimize project delivery.
