The Director will partner across Partner Strategy, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Analytics to translate business needs into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Own

  • Prioritize capabilities based on business impact, partner experience, compliance risk, and execution readiness.
  • Translate business problems into clear requirements, decision points, delivery achievements, and success measures.

Partner MDM & Data Governance
  • Lead Partner MDM business requirements, governance model, and adoption across partner identity, hierarchy, status, and lifecycle data.
  • Establish a trusted partner data foundation across CRM, VIP Marketplace, reporting, analytics, and downstream operations.
  • Reduce duplicate records, manual reconciliation, inconsistent partner mapping, and unclear ownership of partner data quality.

Partner Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
  • Simplify and scale partner onboarding, marketplace onboarding, status changes, suspension, termination, and offboarding processes.
  • Clarify ownership, handoffs, controls, and operating rhythms across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Partner Ops, Product, and Engineering.
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, exceptions, cycle time, and process friction.

CRM & VIP Marketplace Capabilities
  • Own business requirements for partner-related CRM and VIP Marketplace capabilities, including partner visibility, partner-of-record, hierarchy, authorization status, and transaction readiness.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to close system gaps, improve controls, and strengthen operational readiness for partner-led motions.
  • Ensure new capabilities are measurable, adopted, and connected to reporting, compliance, incentives, and partner operations workflows.

Audit Remediation & Operational Governance
  • Lead remediation of partner-related process, data, and tools gaps identified through audits, operational reviews, and collaborator feedback.
  • Establish governance forums, benchmarks, blocking issue paths, and interim controls while longer-term system fixes are delivered.
  • Create transparency on risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and progress against committed outcomes.

Cross-Functional Execution
  • Drive alignment across business, operations, product, engineering, compliance, finance, legal, and analytics teams.
  • Build practical operating models, RACIs, and communication routines that help teams make decisions and complete tasks faster.
  • Influence senior collaborators without relying solely on formal authority.

Success Outcomes

  • Improved partner data quality, stronger lifecycle controls, and reduced manual reconciliation.
  • Simpler, more scalable partner onboarding and status management processes.
  • Reduced compliance, audit, and operational risk across partner workflows.
  • Better partner experience and stronger operational readiness for partner-led growth.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in business systems, partner/channel operations, sales operations, process transformation, or technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner/reseller ecosystems, CRM platforms, partner data, onboarding, and operational governance.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation from strategy through execution.
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize capabilities, and land adoption.
  • Strong executive communication, collaborator management, and change leadership skills.
