The Digital Operations Manager plays a key role in advancing Bell Media's digital advertising products. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in advertising innovation and viewability, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of new ad formats and technologies. You will be responsible for translating innovative concepts into operationally sound, scalable solutions that enhance our broader advertising ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and advance monetization opportunities that contribute to revenue growth, client retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Own the definition of monetization requirements in partnership with Sales and Finance, ensuring buyer needs and end-to-end sales processes are clearly addressed.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery, partnering with Product, Programming, and Engineering Teams from initial implementation through to a successful launch.
  • Oversee monetization validation across digital properties to ensure launch readiness.
  • Provide timely, insightful campaign guidance and post-launch support to enable effective execution and continuous optimization.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and best-practice guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across all teams.
  • Deliver concise, KPI-driven operational insights, complete with recommended actions and clear ownership.
  • Monitor emerging industry tools and trends, recommending process improvements to continually enhance monetization strategies.


Critical Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Ad Operations, Business Operations, Project Management or Product Management within digital media.
  • University degree or equivalent in business, technology, marketing or related field.
  • Solid understanding of digital ad technology (e.g. Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, OMSs, SSPs), platforms, and industry trends.
  • Strong knowledge of digital campaign KPIs and measurement methodologies (e.g. viewability).
  • Experience with web debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Chrome Dev Tools), JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
  • Self-driven, curious, and proactive.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
