Combining structured problem-solving, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership, you will support key decisions related to customer and tenant opportunities, site prioritization, capacity planning, executive briefings, government engagements, and business performance.

A key responsibility will be helping leadership determine which tenants and customers should be placed into which sites, balancing customer demand, power availability, connectivity requirements, site readiness, economics, timing, strategic value, and execution risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve AI Fabric's customer and tenant opportunity pipeline, tracking commercial progress, key dependencies, risks, and next steps.
  • Develop recommendations and decision frameworks that help leadership prioritize customers, tenants, sites, investments, and strategic opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, applying structured problem-solving and data-driven analysis to complex business challenges.
  • Lead high-impact strategic analyses, business cases, scenario planning, and executive decision support on the company's most critical priorities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Network, Operations, and executive leaders to drive alignment and accelerate execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and cross-functional issues, proactively recommending solutions and driving resolution.
  • Lead the development of CEO briefings, board materials, government pitch decks, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Translate complex information into concise, decision-oriented recommendations, highlighting key opportunities, risks, trade-offs, and actions.
  • Support engagements with senior Bell executives, government stakeholders, customers, partners, investors, and ecosystem leaders.
  • Bring exceptional project management discipline to fast-moving and ambiguous initiatives, ensuring priorities remain on track and critical deliverables are executed effectively.
  • Establish clear governance, accountability, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, decision-making, and execution across the organization.
  • Increase the pace of execution by reducing ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring critical priorities move forward efficiently.

Critical Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, infrastructure, technology, telecommunications, or other high-performance environments.
  • Proven success supporting senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-stakes situations.
  • Exceptional execution and project management skills, with a track record of driving complex initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including structuring ambiguity, identifying root causes, and building practical, scalable, process-light solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs, executive reporting, business-critical funnels, dashboards and strategic priorities.
  • Ability to synthesize complexity into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Curiosity, rapid learning ability, and enthusiasm for AI tools that improve productivity and decision-making
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive teams, senior committees, boards, government engagements, or major cross-functional programs.
  • Experience managing customer, commercial, sales, partnership, investment, tenant, or opportunity funnels.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, AI, telecommunications, energy, real estate, public policy, enterprise technology, network, connectivity, or commercial partnerships is an asset but not required.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, CEO briefing materials, government-facing materials, dashboards, or strategic updates.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, digital infrastructure, national competitiveness, or large-scale business building.
