Job SummaryThe Data Scientist will join a machine learning squad focused on developing Artificial Intelligence solutions, including ML and Generative AI. This role requires expertise in Python development, predictive analytics, and prompt engineering to deliver innovative solutions for complex business problems. The candidate will collaborate with clients and SMEs to translate requirements into effective models, ensuring performance, scalability, and ongoing monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain ML models for business applications.
- Conduct model evaluation including parameter tuning, feature selection, and calibration experiments.
- Contribute to prompt engineering for data analysis and discovery.
- Perform testing and performance analysis to ensure solution reliability.
- Conduct benchmarking experiments for model and prompt optimization.
- Collaborate with SMEs and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor ML/GenAI solutions throughout their lifecycle for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience building ML and Data Science solutions for real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of ML models and concepts, best practices, and analysis.
- Experience with OpenAI and LLM models including prompt engineering, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Strong data science and statistical analytics skills.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving with an innovative mindset.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)- Prior experience in predictive analytics projects.
- Exposure to GenAI solution lifecycle and maintenance.
