Location/Lieu: Downtown Montréal / Montréal, centre-ville - On-site 6 days/month / Présentiel 6 jours/mois
Duration/Durée: 1 year with possibility of renewal / 1 an avec possibilité de renouvellement - 37.5 hours per week / 37,5 heures par semaine

Exigences :

• Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information ou en génie informatique.
• Minimum de 10 à 15 années d'expérience pertinente en Technologies de l'information et en architecture de solutions;
• La nature des dossiers exige une expertise étendue et approfondie de plusieurs domaines technologiques et/ou d'affaires et la couverture d'aspects touchant les données, les applications et les infrastructures.
• Anglais et français requis

Compétences et aptitudes :

• Savoir mettre en place et évangéliser tous les principes liés à la pratique DevSecOps et SRE

• Posséder d'excellentes habiletés d'analyse, de synthèse et habilité à faire des recommandations ;
• Démontrer de la polyvalence, proactivité et de l'autonomie dans la réalisation quotidienne de ses fonctions;
• Exercer un leadership mobilisateur auprès d'intervenants de différents secteurs d'activités et d'équipe multidisciplinaires
• Posséder des connaissances approfondies des méthodes de développement AGILE, SAFe et de ses principes fondamentaux de cycle de vie,
• Avoir le sens de l'écoute et bonne compréhension des enjeux d'affaires ;

• Cybersécurité et gestion des identités et des Clientès

• Expertise dans le déploiement et support d'une solution CIAM de plateforme backend et frontend (ex : Ping One Advanced Identity, Keycloak, Okta, Azure External Identities, GCP CIAM, Auth0, Ping Identity)

• Concevoir, configurer et optimiser les parcours utilisateurs (User Journey) d'inscription, d'authentification, d'autorisation, des protocoles associés (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, FIDO2, biométrie, certificats, openFGA) et des technologies front-end/sdk (javascript, html, scss/css
• Infrastructure/infonuagique
• Déploiement automatisé de solution robustes dans un des principaux fournisseurs infonuagiques d'infrastructure (Ex : GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Livraison de solutions d'APIs sur Kubernetes
• Expertise réseautique infonuagiques sécurisées, incluant WAF, DNS, DDoS
• Posséder une bonne connaissance des solutions et normes d'observabilité et de surveillance (ex : Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemtry, Syslog, Cloud Monitoring, Azure Monitoring, Log Analytics)
• SDLC
• Déploiement IaC (Infrastructure as Code, ie Terraform)
• Automatisation des pipelines d'intégration et livraison continue (CI/CD), (GitHub, ArgoCD/GitOps, SonarQube, etc.)
• Logiciel et Intégration
• Connaissance des langages C#, Javascripts et des frameworks liés;
• Principes de génie logiciel et patrons de conception afin d'automatiser la livraison (ie architecture distribuée, architecture en microservices, intégration par API, architecture événementielle et streaming, etc.)
• Très bonne connaissance dans l'une des services de passerelles d'API et des flots d'authentification avec technologies associées (ex : Apigee, Traefik, API Gateway, Kong, EntraID)
• Méthodes et principes de développement logicielles (TDD et couverture de code, OWASP, Revue par les pairs)
• Connaissance opérationnelle des technologies de base de données, relationnel et non relationnel (Ex : SQL, NoSql, Caching)
• Principes d'intégration de SaaS
• Maîtriser le français et l'anglais parlé et écrit ;
• Connaissance de la loi portant sur la protection des renseignements personnels, des règles et directives en matière de sécurité informatique constitue un atout.

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Information Technology and solution architecture;
• The nature of the assignments requires extensive and in-depth expertise across multiple technology and/or business domains, including areas related to data, applications, and infrastructure;
• Bilingual in English and French required.
Skills and Competencies:

Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management:
• Expertise in the deployment and support of a CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) backend and frontend platform solution (e.g., PingOne Advanced Identity, Keycloak, Okta, Azure External Identities, GCP CIAM, Auth0, Ping Identity);
• Ability to design, configure, and optimize user journeys for registration, authentication, and authorization, including associated protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM, FIDO2, biometrics, certificates, OpenFGA) and frontend/SDK technologies (JavaScript, HTML, SCSS/CSS);

Cloud Infrastructure:
• Automated deployment of robust solutions on one of the major cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS);
• Delivery of API solutions on Kubernetes;
• Expertise in secure cloud networking, including WAF, DNS, and DDoS protection;
• Good knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions and standards (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Syslog, Cloud Monitoring, Azure Monitoring, Log Analytics);
SDLC:
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment (e.g., Terraform);
• Automation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines (GitHub, ArgoCD/GitOps, SonarQube, etc.);

Software and Integration:
• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and related frameworks;
• Understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns to automate delivery (e.g., distributed architecture, microservices architecture, API integration, event-driven architecture, and streaming);
• Strong knowledge of one of the API gateway solutions and authentication flows with associated technologies (e.g., Apigee, Traefik, API Gateway, Kong, Entra ID);
• Knowledge of software development methods and principles (TDD and code coverage, OWASP, peer reviews);
• Operational knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, caching);
• Knowledge of SaaS integration principles;
• Proficiency in spoken and written French and English;
• Knowledge of privacy legislation, rules, and guidelines related to information security is considered an asset.
