Position DescriptionThe
Customer Service Electro-Mechanical Engineer, part of the Customer Service department, will be responsible for all after-sales activities. This role primarily involves electrical and mechanical maintenance in a field of automation and warehouse system management.
Duties and Responsibilities- Keep all E80 system components running smoothly through regular inspections and maintenance, whether scheduled or due to breakdowns.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
- Perform corrective maintenance or troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on machines.
- Calibrate or configure individual machines or devices.
- Handle partial or complete upgrades or modifications on outdated systems.
- Prepare reports and spare parts lists after completing work.
- Monitor the E80 system's performance, reporting any problems or issues to the appropriate managers.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering preferred; a background in Mechatronics is considered a strong plus.
- Experience in the automation and/or material handling industry preferred, with exposure to industrial equipment, systems maintenance, or automated processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to apply this expertise in field operations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical schematics is required.
- Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to other technical professionals and cross functional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team oriented environment.
