Requirements:- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical consulting, systems engineering, or technical specialist role, performing solution design and customer-facing responsibilities.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience in a relevant industry, with associate- to advanced-level technical certification in at least one domain; a strong security background is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies; CCNP/CCNA certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated success supporting sales engagements, ideally within the SLED Nashville market.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise network environments, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure modernization, multi-cloud architecture, security, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to operate in a sales consulting role and collaborate effectively with sales teams, engineering resources, and OEM partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% locally and within surrounding states.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
- Exceptional work ethic and personal accountability, with a track record of owning outcomes end to end, following through on commitments, and holding a high bar for rigor and technical accuracy in every deliverable.
- Grit and determination to push through complex, ambiguous, or long-cycle pursuits - persisting through technical obstacles and competitive pressure to earn customer trust and win the business.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business objectives, technology landscape, and enterprise environment.
- Translate business and technical requirements into cohesive, outcome-driven solution strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional WWT teams to engage the right expertise and resources at the right time.
- Lead solution design and technology selection to ensure alignment with customer needs and long-term goals.
- Guide solution development from concept through proposal, maintaining alignment between the customer and WWT teams.
- Create clear solution architectures, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
