QUALIFICATIONS:

    Work Experience
    A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred
    Other Work Experience
    Minimum of 5-7 years of supply chain related experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment
    Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, which includes the management of direct reports

    This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers. Some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWT's requirements. Compensation/ Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $107,360-$134,200 a year. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Manager Order Management

A Brief Overview

A Manager of Order Management leads an Order Management team that is accountable for driving programmatic results and internal key performance indicators. A Manager of Order Management also helps drive the execution of the strategic Order Management vision. Reporting to a senior leader within Order Management, an individual in this role is responsible for driving a world class supply chain by ensuring industry best practices are used and by applying a continuous improvement mindset and propagating a continuous improvement culture across the team. Individuals in this role also provide direction to employees and monitoring work quality and coaching on performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Owns day to day operations and process improvements. Accountable for results produced by his/her team during the entire lifecycle of a WWT Order from creation to final product delivery to the customer. This level of order management requires deep level of supply chain systems and process knowledge, as well as best practices across the manufacturing industry.
  • Proactively communicate in a clear and concise manner to internal and external customers
  • Leads execution and cross-functional collaboration throughout WWT Supply Chain
  • Leads achievement and improvement in Team KPIs through operational excellence and process improvement
  • Utilizing data to understand team's capacity & bandwidth and level load work accordingly
  • Accountable to ensure continuous improvement Initiative for area are implemented
  • Responsible to ensure team understands best practices to properly onboard new customers and programs to ensure customer delight, operational effectiveness, and corporate & industry standards are applied
  • Creating operational and customer-driven reporting and insights utilizing business intelligence tools to drive programmatic action
  • Accountable to ensure direct customer interaction results in customer delight and manages through customer escalations and issues. This also includes being able to influence deviation from WWT best practices and procedures.
  • Training, coaching and guiding the development of the team on standard policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth
  • Supporting staff performance and identifying opportunities for individual and team improvement. Ensuring proper documentation and communication happens at all levels using the established coaching tools.
  • Responsible for Orders Management staffing and hiring decisions
  • Promoting the World Wide Technology Integrated Management and Leadership tools and concepts
  • Implements execution of Order Management Strategic Vision
  • Perform employee reviews and assessments using the Career Framework
