Business Alignment & Core Model - Translate business needs into standardized, compliant MES designs scalable across multi-GBU and multi-site configurations.
- Drive core model adoption and ensure consistent deployments across industrial sites globally.
- Provide functional and technical leadership throughout the full solution lifecycle.
Technical Leadership & Problem Solving - Demonstrate deep technical understanding of MES architecture, configuration, and integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across platforms, interfaces, and automation layers.
- Apply scripting skills (SQL, VB.NET/C#, Python, or platform-specific scripting) for configuration, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Bridge functional design and technical implementation; act as escalation point for critical issues.
Delivery & Quality - Design and build core solutions aligned with market standards and industrial best practices.
- Conduct end-to-end process analysis including integrations (ERP, LIMS, SCADA, DCS, labelling, mobile).
- Evaluate impact analysis, manage risks, and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, and Sanofi quality standards.
People & Knowledge - Provide expert guidance and functional leadership to MES configuration teams across sites.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and contribute to Digital skills development across the network.
Strategy & Innovation - Benchmark technology trends and bring innovative inputs to solutions and operating models.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Cybersecurity, and Technical Architects on solution design.
- Challenge established GxP validation approaches to adapt to next-generation technologies such as Cloud, Agile methodologies, and CSA.
About You Experience:- 5+ years of experience in MES / Industrial IT.
- Experience in a regulated Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences environment (GxP). Multi-site, international, and/or matrix organization experience is highly valued.
- Experience gained in pharma, biotech, consulting, or as a vendor/system integrator is equally appreciated.
Required Technical skills:- Strong expertise in pharmaceutical MES solutions; Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma experience preferred. Candidates with significant experience in other leading MES platforms will also be considered.
- Master Batch Record (MBR), Review by Exception, MES modules, and system integrations.
- Scripting skills: SQL, VB.NET/C#, Python, or MES platform-specific languages. GxP, Data Integrity, CSV/CSA, and GAMP5. Solution architecture and ERP/LIMS/shopfloor integrations.
- Understanding of automation environments including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial protocols.
Preferred / Developable Skills:- Knowledge of Körber PAS-X (adaptability and willingness to learn is key).
- Low-code application development using Mendix. AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).

158,200.00 - 208,200.00 (Includes target bonus)
