Could This Be For You?
The Change Management Partner will play a key role in supporting key transformational change initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a flexible and creative change management practitioner with a proven track record of managing complex transformations and fostering a positive change culture.

- Lead impact and readiness assessments for assigned initiatives; synthesize findings into actionable plans and present risk recommendations to project governance.
- Monitor adoption indicators throughout the initiative lifecycle and adjust the change approach dynamically as conditions evolve.
- Ensure adoption risks are surfaced in governance forums prior to go-live; maintain visibility of readiness status with EPMO and business owners.
- Develop and deliver role-based training for assigned initiatives; partner with L&D on content development and delivery logistics as appropriate.
- Identify learning gaps and recommend training interventions that address knowledge and ability barriers to adoption.
- Partner with business leaders and sponsors to identify and embed reinforcement mechanisms that sustain change beyond go-live.
- Conduct post-go-live monitoring and provide structured handoff to business owners with documented sustainability plans.
