The Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A serves as a strategic financial partner who develops financial models, conducts analysis, and delivers actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role combines strong core finance expertise with growing digital and analytical capabilities, positioning the analyst to support organizational digital transformation initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst works independently on complex financial problems, influences stakeholders across the organization and demonstrates initiative in adopting and implementing technology solutions that enhance financial planning, analysis and reporting capabilities.

Your Impact
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development that support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses including variance analysis, trend identification, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting
  • Partner with business leaders to support financial planning cycles, strategic initiatives, and long-range planning processes
  • Monitor financial performance against established targets and benchmarks; identify and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Human Resources and other business functions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with established accounting standards
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly financial narratives documentation, executive summaries and insights
  • Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels; influence stakeholders through clear communication and demonstrated business acumen
  • Support special projects including acquisitions, process improvement initiatives, and operational transformation efforts
  • Serve as a liaison between finance and business units to clarify financial requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions and financial insights
  • Optimize financial reporting tools, dashboards and analytics capabilities to improve data accessibility and decision support
  • Support the organization's AI initiatives where applicable to finance operations; identify opportunities for AI-driven insights and automation
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within FP&A function at corporate or multi-divisional level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and business intelligence tools.

Preferred:

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, multi-site operations, or service-based organizations.
  • Advanced experience with Hyperion (Oracle PBCS) or similar enterprise planning platforms.
  • Demonstrated success as a "Citizen Digital Talent", self-taught in technology areas, comfortable learning independently.
