Job Summary
Seeking a Senior CCM Developer with expertise in OpenText xPression and Quadient Inspire to develop, support, and enhance enterprise document generation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in document composition, template development, batch and real-time processing, .NET integrations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain document templates using OpenText xPression and Quadient Inspire.
Configure and support xPression modules including xDesign, xAdmin, xDashboard, xRevise, xEditor, and xFramework.
Develop and support Inspire Designer, Scaler workflows, and Interactive components.
Integrate CCM solutions with .NET/.NET Core applications and REST APIs.
Manage batch processing, real-time document generation, and workflow configurations.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Support deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance of CCM applications.
Required Skills
Strong experience with OpenText xPression and Quadient Inspire.
Expertise in XML, XSD, XSLT, document composition, and template development.
Experience with .NET/.NET Core, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of batch and real-time document processing.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills.
Quadient Inspire Certification preferred.
Experience: 8+ years in Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 - 145000
