The
Campus Relations Manager, Technology, is critical to helping us build upon the success we have had in developing our relationships with universities and colleges across the country and building our employment brand on campus. Reporting to the Manager, Campus & Student Experience, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies that will build awareness of Fidelity's employment brand on campus and increase our candidate pipeline for student roles and new graduate opportunities within the IS space.
Key components of this role are recruiting students for Fidelity Canada, as well as representing Fidelity through making presentations and participating in events on campus and virtually.
Primary responsibilities:
- Recruit, select, interview and onboard student hires. Coordinate associated student recruitment activities with the partnership of the talent acquisition coordination team.
- Establish and nurture relationships at key universities and colleges on behalf of Fidelity Canada.
- Represents Fidelity at presentations, events, and fairs by organizing, facilitating and presenting content regularly at student events on campus.
- Key contributor to content and presenting at student webcasts.
- Partner with key collaborators at schools to recommend, plan, and carry out on-campus activities. These activities will help build the Fidelity employment brand and develop a pipeline of strong talent for us.
- Work consultatively across the Fidelity Canada organization to understand the needs of the business and develop specialized student recruiting programs that meet those needs.
- Establish appropriate success criteria related to student recruitment and maintain reporting.
- Partner with Digital Marketing for social media campaigns connected to student recruitment and events.
- Identify new opportunities to expand Fidelity's presence on campus, including sponsorships, panel presentations, webcasts, etc.
- Participate in other recruitment activities as required.
What We Are Looking For- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years' experience as a recruiter and/or campus recruiter within a corporate environment, with a focus on technology-specific roles.
- Ability to travel to schools across the country for events.

For this role, your total rewards include:
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $105,000 to $123,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
- RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution-no employee matching required.
