Full Job Description

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team, reporting to Americas Account Sales Director. In this role, you'll help shape how we grow our client base across our Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Board & Leadership solutions.

You'll fit right in if you're driven, collaborative, and energized by hitting goals — and you're ready to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales with the coaching and support to back it up.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with experienced Sales professionals to identify opportunities and drive pipeline growth across defined territories.
  • Prospect potential clients through calls, emails, and social channels — scheduling meetings and supporting client demonstrations as needed.
  • Contribute to moving deals forward, helping the team meet individual and collective goals.
  • Keep workflows organized and on track by managing activity through our CRM system.
  • Bring fresh thinking and proactive ideas to continuously improve how we engage with prospects and clients.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about sales, finance, and technology — and a drive to grow your expertise.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and staying organized under pressure.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales prospecting platforms.
  • Interest in capital markets, investor relations, or financial technology.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
