Full Job Description
The Listings Client Engagement Team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Listings Partnership Coordinator to support the execution of partnerships at Nasdaq. Reporting to the Head of Listings Partnerships, this role turns partnership vision into operational reality - supporting the research, coordination, and execution that enables the team to move quickly across ecosystems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, comfortable managing multiple workstreams, and energized by the intersection of capital markets, innovation, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Intelligence
  • Conduct research on prospective partnership opportunities including conferences, VC firms, media platforms, content creators, and partner events
  • Track industry trends, emerging sectors, and market signals that inform partnership prioritization
  • Familiarize and track sales pipeline and historical data to understand business priorities


Coordination & Operations
  • Manage partnership timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholder communications to keep workstreams on track
  • Support coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Help build and maintain community engagement programs from planning through execution
  • Support drafting partnership proposals, recaps, and internal briefs as needed


Execution & Activation Support
  • Support end-to-end coordination of ecosystem events, sponsored activations, and conference partnerships - including invitations, briefing materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Assist with content and media partnership activations - coordinating guest bookings, and creative assets


Measurement & Reporting
  • Track partnership outcomes and compile data to inform quarterly reviews and future planning
  • Support the development of reporting frameworks that connect partnership activities to pipeline impact
  • Gather internal and external feedback to inform what's working and where to adjust

The base pay range for this role is $71,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
