Full Job Description
Mission

Drive business development and growth through strategic and government partnerships to increase long term company growth, and be responsible for growing revenue through these channels. Build the Go to Market strategy for next generation products across the industrial and commercial sectors.

What You'll Do
• Own the Go-To-Market strategy of Vital Lyfe's next generation product line, though early prospective customer engagements and funnel growth
• Build and grow the pipeline of commercial opportunities to convert into revenue generating opportunities ahead of 2027 product launch
• Project manage the pilots of first prospective customers of Vital Lyfe's industrial and commercial solutions
• Take a strategic role in the business, informing pricing strategy, product development and roadmap, and business growth decisions
• Manage international market expansions and navigate regulatory requirements when applicable for all Vital Lyfe product portfolio
• Represent Vital Lyfe at trade shows, industry events, and to prospective customers and strategic partners
• Build strategic partnerships with key partners and government entities, aligned with Vital Lyfe's growth targets.
• Build strong relationships to understand customer requirements, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, the competitive landscape, and any barriers to entry into new markets.
• Work closely with Vital Lyfe's internal teams to align business development efforts with technical capabilities, product roadmaps, customer needs, and compliance requirements
• Effectively develop and grow a network of supportive stakeholders across the public and private sectors that can aid in promoting Vital Lyfe's growth in region

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 5+ years of professional experience.
• 6+ years professional experience in consulting, project management, business development, or similar role.
• Success launching products across multiple markets
• Knowledge or experience in business development, project management, or international regulatory environments.
• International customer experience along with foreign language experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines and resource constraints.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to go beyond the apparent answers to uncover root causes and solutions.
• Industry experience in water treatment technology, consumer products, or water utility is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to capture and incorporate feedback from customers into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting and presenting professional presentations.
• Empathy, active listening, and resilience in managing relationships.

Location Requirement: Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered)
