Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate new business growth across key markets. This role is focused on identifying, targeting, and securing new customers, while also establishing and maintaining strong relationships post-conversion to drive long-term value.

As an individual contributor, you will play a critical role in expanding Echelon's market presence by developing and executing strategic sales plans, penetrating new accounts, and positioning our solutions in competitive environments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within strategic markets and industries
  • Develop and execute territory and account acquisition plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close

Qualifications:
