Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary functional interface with an assigned BSO
  • Lead requirements discovery and validation sessions
  • Document current and future-state budget formulation processes
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and traceability
  • Identify BSO-specific requirements and evaluate them against enterprise standards
  • Support configuration demonstrations and functional validation
  • Validate workflows, business rules, exhibits, reporting, and data requirements
  • Coordinate BSO UAT and deployment readiness
  • Support training and transition activities
  • Communicate risks, decisions, dependencies, and requirements to the enterprise team

Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Navy/DoD PPBE experience
  • Experience with PBIS, Navy ERP, budget exhibits, or J-Books
  • OneStream/EPM experience
  • Financial transformation consulting experience

Overview

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
