Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolution of cross-workstream risks and issues

  • Ensure alignment with Navy CFO and PPBE mission requirements

Full Job Description
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Support overall delivery of a complex enterprise financial systems implementation across multiple Navy organizations
  • Manage integrated functional, technical, data, testing, security, training, and deployment workstreams
  • Coordinate Kearney and subcontractor activities and maintain accountability for schedule, quality, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Support development and execution of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Lead resolution and escalation of cross-workstream risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate Government stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, and implementation decisions
  • Monitor staffing, resource requirements, deliverables, and contract performance
  • Support deployment readiness and transition activities
  • Ensure technical implementation remains aligned with Navy CFO and PPBE mission requirements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant federal consulting, financial management, systems implementation, or program management experience
  • Experience managing large, multi-workstream federal technology or financial transformation efforts
  • Demonstrated experience managing schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong executive communication and client-management skills
  • Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Department of Navy or DoD financial management experience
  • PPBE/budget formulation experience
  • OneStream or enterprise performance management implementation experience
  • PMP certification
  • Experience managing FFP federal contracts

Overview

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
